Custom infrared sauna

Buy your made-to-measure home infrared sauna at SuperSauna
custom infrared sauna — that's what everyone wants, right? Tailored like a bespoke suit. However, there are also drawbacks to a custom infrared sauna. At SuperSauna®, the customer's wishes always come first. That's why we offer standard infrared sauna models, semi-custom infrared saunas, and fully personalised designs. Our sauna factory in Poland delivers high-quality production at very attractive prices.
At SuperSauna® we distinguish between several types of infrared sauna:
- Standard infrared sauna models with options
- Partially customised infrared saunas
- Custom-made infrared saunas
- Individual infrared sauna designs
The following sections explain the differences and the pros and cons of each type of custom infrared sauna.
Standard infrared saunas (without personalisation)
Personalisation isn't always the best choice. If you are looking for a standard-sized infrared sauna, a standard model is usually the best and most affordable option. Thanks to our large inventory, they are often available from stock. At SuperSauna® we offer a very wide range of standard models. To view our complete range of infrared saunas or combi-saunas for your home.
Advantages of standard infrared sauna models
- Excellent price/quality ratio — models are produced in series, allowing us to offer a more attractive price
- Usually very short delivery times
- What you see is what you get, and many models can be viewed in our showrooms
Disadvantages of standard models
- Little to no option for customisation
- Fixed dimensions and appearance, depending on the product line

Partially customised infrared saunas: the best of both worlds
With partial customisation, you can adjust various elements and end up with something between a standard model and a fully custom-made infrared sauna. This way, you benefit from a good price while still having a wide choice of dimensions. The Valero line is an example of an infrared sauna that can be built in 10 cm width increments, with a standard depth of 110 cm.
With this model, you can go from a width of 110 cm up to 230 cm, with a depth of 110 cm (one bench) or 170 cm (two bench levels).
It is also possible to have it produced as a Finnish sauna or combi-sauna.
Other depths are possible too, for which we will prepare a separate price calculation. The Valero line is made of very high-quality wood — White or Red Cedar. The double walls are insulated, so the sauna retains more heat and the air warms up faster. The benches and backrest are made of European Aspen in Thermo treatment, which absorbs moisture (including sweat during use) more slowly, and the wood does not get hot during use.
Please note: for our custom infrared saunas, we can only supply straight walls and ceilings. We are not able to produce sloped roofs. The customer must provide us with the correct exterior dimensions of the sauna, based on which we will send a production plan (optionally including the position of the heaters and/or sauna stove).
Advantages of semi-custom infrared saunas
- Good price/quality ratio — models are produced in series, saving costs and achieving a repeatable result
- Wide choice of dimensions
- Quick quotation
Disadvantages of semi-custom infrared saunas
- Longer delivery times than standard models
- Only partial customisation (dimensions)
Custom infrared sauna — fully tailored to your wishes
For our custom infrared saunas, we offer several options for the floor and ceiling. Our saunas come as standard with an open, slatted floor. There are also options for a solid floor or a floor with salt stones and integrated LED lighting. A wooden ceiling of European Aspen with an LED strip is included as standard.
You can choose a juniper ceiling finish (alongside its modern look, it also releases an aromatic scent when the sauna is in use).
Please note: for our custom infrared saunas, we can only supply straight walls and ceilings. We are not able to produce sloped roofs. The customer must provide us with the correct exterior dimensions of the sauna, based on which we will send a production plan (optionally including the position of the heaters and/or sauna stove).
The drawback compared to the standard models in our range is that a custom infrared sauna has to be built entirely from scratch, including technical drawings for our production department. This means more work, more time, and therefore higher costs.
For these reasons, a custom sauna will be priced higher than a model from our standard range. Delivery times are also longer — expect a lead time of approximately 2–3 months (depending on production capacity and final configuration).
We would be happy to get in touch with you to discuss the best specification for your sauna. Please leave your details in the form below.

Fully custom infrared sauna
If you want full control over every element of your infrared sauna, this is unfortunately not something SuperSauna® can offer. We also cannot take measurements on-site or produce designs built into awkward spaces such as under a sloped roof or staircase. Even if an architect has drawn up a special sauna design, we are not the right partner for that.
Interior finishing and integration into your home's interior are also services we do not provide at SuperSauna®.
However, if you are interested in regularly shaped saunas or made-to-measure saunas at a very competitive price and excellent quality, please fill in the form below.
The price of a custom infrared sauna starts at approximately £2,600 / €3,000 including VAT and delivery.
