WARRANTY & RETURNS POLICY - SUPERSAUNA® UK

At SuperSauna®, we stand behind the quality of our infrared cabins, traditional saunas, and hybrid builds. Below you will find full information regarding your warranty rights and our standard return procedures.

Warranty Information

• Product Warranties: Warranty terms for cabin structures, heaters, infrared radiators, and electronic components differ per model and are clearly specified on your invoice.
• Warranty Certificate: If a specific warranty period is not listed on your invoice, please contact our customer care team at info@supersauna.co.uk, and we will issue your official warranty certificate.
• UK Consumer Rights Act 2015: Our product warranties apply in full addition to your statutory rights under the UK Consumer Rights Act 2015.
• Non-Transferability: Manufacturer warranties apply exclusively to the original purchaser named on the invoice and expire if the product is resold or transferred to a third party.

Products Outside the Warranty Period?

If your product develops a fault outside the warranty period, our customer care team is still here to help! We maintain a comprehensive inventory of spare parts in our service center, allowing us to assist you quickly, efficiently, and cost-effectively with repairs or replacement components.

Return & Cancellation Policy

If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may cancel and return your product in accordance with the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations.

1. Cancellation Window 

• 14-Day Cancellation Notice: You have 14 days from the date you receive your shipment to notify us in writing via email (info@supersauna.co.uk) of your decision to cancel.
• 14-Day Return Window: Once you have submitted your cancellation request, you have an additional 14 days to return the product to our designated warehouse facility.

2. Exclusions from the Right to Cancel

In accordance with UK consumer legislation, the right to cancel does not apply to:

• Hygienic Products: Products of a hygienic nature - including infrared cabins, traditional saunas, and hybrid saunas - that have been opened or removed from their original packaging are strictly excluded from return due to health and hygiene reasons.
• Custom & Bespoke Builds: Made-to-order products, custom-built models, outdoor saunas, barrel saunas, and pod saunas specifically manufactured to customer specifications.
• Store Purchases: Products purchased in person at one of our physical showroom locations.

 3. Return Transport & Freight Costs

Because saunas cannot be returned via standard postal services due to their size and weight, returns are handled via specialized pallet freight transport.

• Return Freight Charges: The customer bears the direct cost of returning the goods.
• Standard Return Freight Caps: For UK freight returns arranged via our commercial carrier, actual transport costs incurred will be charged up to a maximum cap of:
  Indoor Saunas: Up to £600
  Outdoor Saunas: Up to £1,000

4. Refunds & Value Deductions 

• Refund Timeline: You will receive a refund of your purchase price within 14 days after we receive the returned goods at our warehouse (or upon providing official proof of return dispatch).
• Payment Method: Refunds are issued directly to the original bank account used for the purchase.
• Diminished Value: You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the items.
