Himalayan salt therapy, also known as halotherapy, is a wellness experience centred around salt. The term halotherapy is derived from the Greek word halos, meaning ‘salt’. For centuries, salt has been used in various cultures as part of wellness and relaxation rituals.

The combination of the pleasant warmth of the sauna and the natural appearance of Himalayan salt creates a unique atmosphere and a soothing sauna experience. The warm, soft colours of the salt also give the space a natural and atmospheric appearance.

If you do not choose the Himalayan salt option, the sauna will come as standard with a wooden floor.

Himalayan salt therapy

Salt therapy (also known as "halotherapy") originated with the Greeks and Romans thousands of years ago. Halotherapy, derived from the Greek word halos meaning "salt", is a form of alternative medicine using salt. The wonderful heat of the sauna, combined with the salty air of the Hymalaya salt earth, is the perfect combination for an unforgettable sauna experience. If you don't choose this option, this sauna is equipped with a wooden floor.

As an optional feature, the sauna ceiling can be finished with juniper wood. The natural grain and distinctive pattern of the wood give the interior a warm and atmospheric appearance. Juniper is also known for the pleasant, natural aroma released when the wood is heated, adding to the unique atmosphere during every sauna session.

The sauna comes as standard with an advanced lighting system that allows you to easily adjust the lighting to suit your preferences. Choose soft, subdued lighting or create a more atmospheric setting with different colours. From relaxing green and cool blue to energising red and warm yellow, you can adjust the colour to suit your personal preference and mood.

This allows you to create an atmospheric wellness space where you can fully unwind during every sauna session.

Ceiling with juniper finish

As an option, the roof can be covered in juniper, creating a beautiful pattern and a wonderful fragrance. This sauna comes with a very attractive and advanced lighting system as standard. You can easily choose the colour you want, whether dimmed or on. Soothing green, cool blue, energetic red or warm yellow: all variations are possible. We've pre-installed a starry sky on the sauna ceiling. We've installed indirect lighting behind the backrest and under the bench. Here, too, you can relax and enjoy every sauna session.

Onze aangeboden kachels
